Albert Einstein International School
Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12
An international education, rooted in Honduras
Curiosity in the classroom.
Purpose beyond it.
Albert Einstein International School brings Honduran and international students together from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12.
Our college-preparatory program combines English-language instruction with Spanish and French study. Students work through academic questions, develop original creative projects, and take their learning into the communities of San Pedro Sula.
Since 1990, our school has made its home in Los Andes. That connection to place runs through the experience: from class-linked field visits to supervised service and senior research grounded in a real local issue.

Learning through experience
Our city is part
of the education.
A history lesson may continue at the Museo de Antropología e Historia. Civics can take students to the Palacio Municipal. Science connects with the landscape of Reserva El Merendón.
Class-linked trips take place at least monthly. Approved service placements add another perspective, connecting students with local organisations and the people they serve.
Explore community serviceThe senior year
Learning that becomes
something of your own.
A researched recommendation
Investigate an issue observed during an approved service placement. A 15–20 page study combines sources and field evidence to propose a practical response.
A collection of original work
Build an arts portfolio with finished pieces, sketches, and revisions. Explain your themes, techniques, and decisions in an artist statement.
A considered presentation
Present both projects to faculty. The assessment considers the quality of the research, artistic development, reflection, and clarity.
